Tube Bending

We produce cylindrical tubing coils, serpentine tubing coils and most other customized tube bending parts. We have state of the art horizontal plane benders that generate the best tube forming quality. Our capability includes the following tube OD and bend radius:

• 0.250 inch OD - 300 series stainless steel/copper tubing
• 0.312 inch OD - 300 series stainless steel/copper tubing
• 0.375 inch OD - 300 series stainless steel/copper tubing
• 1/4 inch bend die - radius dimension 0.812
• 5/16 inch bend die - radius dimension 0.531 and 0.625
• 3/8 inch bend die - radius dimension 0.812

Our Pneumatic tube bending equipment is capable of forming stainless steel and copper tubing on a 360 degree axis. We are capable of forming many variations of cyndrical coil configurations as well as many other forms of customized tube assembly parts. We are capable of producing accurate tube forming with the same tube size dimensions as the horizontal plane benders with the following radius capabilities:

• 5/16 inch bend die - radius dimension 0.656
• 3/8 inch bend die - radius dimension 0.852
