U.S. Factory Service Schools

Level 1 Service School
The Level 1 School is designed for a technician with very little or no beverage service experience. They will learn how to install and troubleshoot an average beverage system along with ice/beverage combination dispensers. This course will teach the technicians the primary beverage components, installation of Servend dispensers, along with the basics of bar guns, water chillers and beer systems. This course allows you to integrate another fast-growing service and install segment to your personal business. This class is scheduled to include Manitowoc BIC smoothie equipment training.

Level 2 Service School
The Level 2 School is designed for the technician who has previously attended the Level 1 course. Class involves installation and service of Multiplex soda systems. This class is scheduled to include Manitowoc BIC smoothie equipment training.

Level 3 Service School
The Level 3 School is designed for the technician who has attended BOTH of the previous schools. This school is an equipment update school only. We will review major equipment releases and modifications within the past two years. There is no system or general installation training at this school. This class is scheduled to include Manitowoc BIC smoothie equipment training.

Level 1 Service School

December 4^th - 5^th, 2012 
March 5^th - 6^th, 2013

* In order to attend the Level 2 School, the technician needs to have attended the Level 1 or a Servend factory school within the past three years.

** In order to attend the Level 3 School, the technician needs to have attended the Level 2 or a Multiplex factory school within the past three years.

Level 1 School - $795.00
Level 2 School - $795.00
Level 3 School - $475.00

• Save – register and pay for 2 or more people from the same company (can be for different dates) and deduct $30.00 00 (Level 1 & 2) $20.00 (Level 3) per person on each tuition.
• CSRs and BSRs can deduct $40.00 (Level 1 & 2) $25.00 (Level 3) on each tuition.
• Single Rooms are available for an extra $165.00 (Level 1 & 2) $99.00 (Level 3) (must be requested and paid for prior to check-in).

Tuition includes:

• Double-occupancy hotel room
• Breakfast & lunch on days of the school

Deposit of funds remitted to Manitowoc FSG Services LLC is not to be intended as an acceptance of the registration. Manitowoc reserves the right to review the registration subsequent to the deposit of funds and to refund the monies deposited.

Important: Cancelation notice must be given at least three weeks prior to your first day of class, or tuition will not be refunded.
